Walter Hagen memorabilia captures some

Walter Hagen tallied eleven majors coming in 3rd
behind Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus. Walter Hagen
won the U.S. Open twice, and in 1922 he became the
first American to win the British Open, winning four
times in total. Walter Hagen also won the PGA
Championship five times (1921, 24-27), the Western
Open five times, totaled 44 PGA wins in his career,
and was a six time Ryder Cup captain. After his
playing days, Walter Hagen had a relationship with
Wilson Sporting Goods to create the Walter Hagen
Ultra line of golf clubs. As part of this
relationship, Wilson established the Walter Hagen
Hole in One Club. To become a member of this club,
you submitted your name, location, date of hole in
one, hole and length. In return you would receive a
letter form Wilson and a certificate signed by the
"Haig" himself. These letters make great Walter
Hagen memorabilia.
