Shipping & Return Information

Shipping:

NOTE:  Please make sure the shipping address is correct prior to submitting order. If part of the address is incorrect or omitted by the customer a re-ship charge WILL be applied to the customer's order. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, The Ezy Catalog Corp. and/or shipper will NOT be responsible for the charges. If customer chooses to cancel order because they do not want to pay a re-ship charge, customer will be refunded for the merchandise minus applicable shipping and restock fees. This applies to all orders including free shipping.

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $150.00 or any other shipping specials using UPS ground service ship free with some exceptions.

  • Free shipping is not available on oversize, overweight, bulk, or products shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Free shipping DOES NOT apply to returned items, with the exception of damaged merchandise. After the item has been returned the customer will be refunded minus the shipping and restock fee.
  • Free shipping DOES NOT apply to canceled orders due to shipping address errors entered by the customer on their order. Customer will be refunded for the merchandise minus applicable shipping and restock fees.

We only ship within the United States. UPS is our preferred shipper, however we do use other carriers such as FedEx, DHL and the US Post Office. We do not ship outside the U.S. or to APO or FPO address's. Shipping charges are calculated based on UPS rates.

  • Order Processing:
    • Orders are processing as they are received.
    • Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing orders.
    • After order is processed it is sent to the appropriate warehouse for preparation and shipping of the item ordered. Please check the days allowed for warehouse preperation in the note under the product description.
    • Customers will be notified by email if there are any problems with an order during processing.
    • Order processing does not include weekends, Holidays, or extended Holiday weekends.
  • Personalized and Custom Orders:
    • Any items that are personalized or custom made will take longer and is noted under the products description.
    • Any made to order Sports Coverage bedding will take longer and is noted under the products description.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Days allowed for shipping is noted under the product description. Days allowed for shipping is the estimated time it takes the warehouse to process, pack, and ship received order.
    • UPS Ground services estimated derlivery time is 5-12 business days after an order is received and processed. Tracking dates provided for ground delivery are estimates, shipping exceptions may cause delays.
    • UPS 3 Day Select estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days after an order is received and processed.
    • UPS 2nd Day Air estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after an order is received and processed.
    • UPS Next Day is not available on most products.
    • Shipping time does not include weekends, Holidays, or extended Holiday weekends.

*Please note shipping may take longer during Christmas time due to increased volume.

Some orders will arrive as multiple shipments. We ship from multiple locations and warehouses throughout the U.S., therefore merchandise may be shipped from different locations depending on what is ordered.

If the shipping address is different then the billing address please enter the shipping address in the Ship To form (not the Bill To form) during checkout.  If you input a different address for shipping in the comments field, your order may accidentally be shipped to the billing address. If the item is shipped to the incorrect address, we will have to charge additional shipping to have it forwarded to the correct address.

Merchandise Return:

Return Policy:

  • Items purchased from The EzyGolf may be returned within 30 days of the order ship date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the order ship date. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and re-saleable condition; preferably in the original packaging. A 10% restock fee will be assessed and deducted from the refunded amount. All returns must have a return authorization number.
  • Merchandise that is returned and found to be in non re-saleable condition will not receive a refund.
  • Merchandise returned in new, unused, and re-saleable condition will be refunded 90% of the original product cost. If a coupon was used at time of purchase, the coupon amount will be reversed and added back into the original product cost prior to refund. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of defective merchandise. Shipping will be reimbursed for defective merchandise in the form of a UPS return service shipping label.
  • Free shipping WILL NOT apply to returned, re-saleable merchandise. Customer will be refunded 90% of the original product cost minus the applicable shipping charges.
  • To return merchandise contact us via email for a return authorization number and shipping address. Complete the merchandise return form provided in accordance with policy and instructions provided. This merchandise return form is provided with your invoice. If you do not have one we will provide one via the U.S. Mail, fax, or email.
  • Returned merchandise may be shipped via UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Post Office. If you use the U.S. Post Office ask for delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. With the U.S. Post Office you may also want to insure the package, depending on value. Lost or damaged returns are not the responsibility of EzyGolf.
  • The EzyGolf reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise if our return policy and procedure are not followed. This right of refusal includes shipping of the merchandise back to the buyer, with shipping costs being charged to the buyer of the original purchase.
  • Personalized orders cannot be returned.

Christmas Return Policy:

  • Christmas gifts purchased from The EzyGolf may be returned within 30 days after Christmas, even if the gift was purchased in November or months prior.
